Cooking with a dutch oven

Dutch oven cooking can be used to cook when the power goes out too. In fact, a couple hundred years ago this is what people cooked with all the time. Get back to the old school way of cooking and fall in love with cooking again.
Did you know that the term “Dutch oven” is something of a misnomer in that the pots are neither Dutch nor actual ovens. Rather, it refers to the casting process developed in Holland by which brass vessels were cast in dry-sand molds.
