For the homesteader and the remote homesteader in particular its never to early to start thinking about winter. I think it is so important to have a plan for the whole year. Its not a bad idea to put together what I like to call a Master Schedule. This will allow you to keep on top of all those tests, tasks, practice, maintenance and things of that nature. Though it may seem silly to be talking about winter jobs you will have a better winter the sooner you start planning for it.
The author offers up some great ideas and none of them have to be done in winter. If you find something that you really want to get done then don’t wait. These are just great ideas that can sometimes get relegated to those shut in months of the winter.
