When it comes to cooking I am no expert, my wife can attest to that! I try my hardest to make sure all of our food is non-gmo and if I can I get organic and heirloom veggies. I do this because I just don’t trust what companies put into or coat our foods with.
Eating this way can be good for you and cost you an ovary or a testicle in the process but it’s a lifestyle I have chosen to better our health. That is all well and said but did you know that you could be putting heavy metals into your body without you even realizing?
