The goal many of us are after is minimalist living. We are in a wash of media, noise and clutter. This has a real effect on our mental health and our ability to live a fulfilling life. There is no getting around it, we have too much stuff and do too much stuff. Still, it takes an iron mind to clear the internal and external clutter to get to a place where you are more comfortable.
