This is a topic that many preppers like to run from. I have heard every excuse in the book about running from physical fitness. The idea that there are ways to get around being healthy and taking care of your body has always been astounding to me. The very act of prepping is to preserve your life. With what we know through science today there is no reason why you wouldn’t want to live in a body that is running at its optimum.
This author gets it. They have a great list of reasons why you need to get off the couch and get moving. The best bit of advice I can give you is to write down a list of workouts each week and own it. If you ware working out 3 times a week write them on Sunday night and don’t quit the following week until you have done them.
